Child Care

Conference participants have the possibility of registering their children in the vacation centre on the university campus  (Grenoble Université Club) : http://vacances.guc.asso.fr/vacances-ete.html

This centre will accept 4-17 year-old children for all of the days of the conference, with no langage restrictions.  The children will do supervised sporting activities by age-group using the campus sports infrastructure from 8:00 or 8:30 in the morning (depending on age group) until 17:30 or 18:00. The lunches are supervised and are provided as part of the childcare. 

YOU must register directly with the centre.  The procedure is the following:

·      If you have the right to use the CAESUG (employees of UGA, G-INP and CNRS Alpes), you should register via the CAESUG between 9 April and 21 May (https://caesug.grenoble.cnrs.fr/index.php/enfance/vacances/guc). Then when registering with the Grenoble Université Club (GUC),  you should put CAESUG where they ask for the CE (Committee d'Entreprise). 

·       Otherwise, you should register after the 22 May directly on the website of  Grenoble Université Club (GUC)  http://vacances.guc.asso.fr/vacances-ete.html. When registering,  you should put JMC where they ask for the CE (Committee d'Entreprise).   You can ask them for certificate of attendence for your child, which may entitle you to a subsidy from your employer.  Attention the CESU is not accepted.  

In parallel, we request that you inform us that you have registered (or intend to register) your children with Grenoble Université Club (GUC), by clicking on the relvant button at the moment of registering for the conference.
