Opens: 15 Febrary 2018           
Closes: Submission for orals is closed.  Extension for posters to 3 Juin 2018.

STEP 1: Choose which mini-colloquium (thematic session) you want to submit your abstract to.  They are listed here.

STEP 2: Choose if you want to submit an abstract for an oral presentation (15min including questions) or a poster presentation.

STEP 3: Prepare your abstract (max 1 page A4, with 1 figure) based on the model provided (word here and latex here) and convert it to pdf.

STEP 4:

1. If you already have a sciencesconf account:  first login by clicking on  Login  (top-right of webpage), and then click here to submit your abstract.
2. If you do not have a sciencesconf account: click here and it will guide you through creating an account before allowing you to submit your abstract.
